“For this festive season my supermarket
(Canada Safeway) has again stocked your fantastic shortbread.
They insist they will only stock this
at the Christmas Season, so last year I bought all 22
boxes they had and distributed them to friends.
This year we are having a very quiet
season and I have purchased so far 14 boxes.
I am an immigrant from Scotland, and
I must say I make marvellous original recipe shortbread......but
since discovering your shortbread last year during the
Xmas season, I don't bother making my own any more. Your
recipe is just as good (if not better) - also, no muss,
no fuss, just open the box and nibble with my tea.
